Motorsport Division will accept returns for our error. If a product is returned within 7 working days of the original ship date you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used. We will responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. All new/unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc.
We inspect your orders prior to shipment. If there is a demand for a refund or return, you must send an e-mail to sales@msd.com, indicating the reason for your return along with your order number, amount and date of purchase.
Please be noted that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return items if it was not due to our error. A restocking fee may be applied to any returned item that is not regularly stocked, or any order returned after 7 working days.
Motorsport Division reserve the right to reject any claims of returns or refund.
You MUST always consult with us (by contacting sales@msd.com) for our instructions before returning any products, regardless of the reason.
